All CHOUCHOU pieces are made to order and crafted specifically for each client.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under normal circumstances.

We strongly encourage clients to confirm sizing, materials, and product details prior to placing an order. If you have any questions regarding fit, specifications, or materials, please contact us before purchasing at:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Your message must include:

• Order number

• Clear photographs of the item

• Clear photographs of the packaging

If your request is approved, we will provide further instructions.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.

After this period, cancellations are not possible, as each piece enters production specifically for the client.
